I had to go to Walgreens in Oxford because the pharmacy tech from CVS refused to call my doctor or to call another CVS to see if they had my prescription. Her answer to my request was that " it is a controlled substance". Not sure what that has do with making a phone call to my doctor or another CVS. Also I never saw a smile from anyone at the Pharmacy as I did when I went to Walgreens.
